Job Description

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum three years of experience in an operations management role preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and develop innovative strategies to overcome them.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and operational management software.
