Job Description

An Operations Executive is a key player in ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of an organization’s operations. This role involves overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing back-end processes, and ensuring that the operational activities align with the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations, ensuring efficient processes throughout the organization.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company objectives.

  • Collaborate with department managers to ensure effective communication and cooperation.

  • Plan and coordinate activities related to logistics and supply chain management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an operational management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and optimize processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams.
  • Proficient in using business management software and CRM systems efficiently.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Understanding of financial management principles and budgetary controls.
