As an Operations Excellence Executive, you will coordinate with a variety of business units to develop, test and refine business processes and practices to provide the site and business unit to increase the efficiency of workflow within the environment.

You will engage with all departments of operation teams, business process owners and management to innovate and implement processes to support business growth. The goal is to maximize value through efficient systems and freeing up managers time to focus on the business.

In this role, you will:

  • Support and optimize the configuration of our existing Zendesk instances that support multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Be a CX-focused requirements gathering, testing and process re-engineering SME for key projects
  • Development of processes and tools designed to normalize technical implementations
  • Requirements definition, working with internal stakeholders, leadership and users to refine detailed specifications of the Zendesk application
  • Review and approval of designs and specs
  • Process and workflow definition and optimization
  • Lead and participate in user acceptance testing
  • End-to-end analysis of systems and processes, identify areas for improved efficiency, accuracy and scalability
  • Organizational change management activities including development of training and adoption plans, communications, and materials
  • Run sprints and related processes

Requirements

  • Masters/MBA and PMP in I.T or computer sciences
  • 2+ years of Zendesk administration. Entrepreneurial and high growth tech firm experience preferred
  • Experience in handling multiple projects, project management and coordination with stakeholders
  • Fluent with Gsuite applications
  • Experience gathering, defining, and writing business requirements, and translating into detailed designs
  • Systems design, testing and implementation;
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
