About the Role

The Operations Associate position is designed for an early-career professional eager to contribute to the seamless functioning of a digital transformation consulting firm. This full-time, onsite role is central to supporting daily business operations, optimizing workflow management, and ensuring the smooth execution of internal processes. The position offers exposure to the fast-paced consulting environment, providing opportunities to develop operational expertise within the digital transformation sector and to make a tangible impact on organizational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute daily operational tasks to support consulting teams and project delivery, ensuring all business processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing logistics for client engagements, workshops, and internal events.
  • Support procurement processes, including vendor communication, purchase order management, and inventory tracking for office and project needs.
  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics, identifying areas for process improvement and assisting in the implementation of best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, project managers, and IT staff, to facilitate seamless workflow and information sharing.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and contractors, ensuring all operational requirements and documentation are completed efficiently.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly, providing high-quality support and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational effectiveness.


Required Experience & Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation, data entry, and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of business operations, workflow management, and process optimization principles.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new digital tools and platforms relevant to operational efficiency.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, preferably within consulting, technology, or professional services sectors.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in an operations, administrative, or support role.
  • Additional certifications in project management, process improvement, or digital tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Microsoft Office Specialist) are advantageous.
