Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operational activities of our business and ensure smooth internal processes across departments.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You should be comfortable coordinating with teams, handling administrative tasks, and supporting operational workflows. Key Responsibilities

Core Functions

  • Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks to support business activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational data.
  • Coordinate schedules, follow up on action items, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Support procurement, inventory tracking, or vendor coordination as required.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as a point of coordination between internal teams and management.
  • Communicate updates, requests, and operational requirements clearly and professionally.
  • Support onboarding processes and internal coordination activities.
  • Handle basic correspondence, emails, and internal reporting.

Performance & Reporting

  • Prepare simple operational reports and status updates for management.
  • Monitor process efficiency and flag issues or delays proactively.
  • Assist in improving internal workflows and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support team needs.

Work Arrangement

Type: Full-time, on-site position
