Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze complex data.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel or SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and findings effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with project management and operational optimization is highly desirable.
