We are looking for a strong Operations Manager to lead and manage our team of Hair Educators across the UAE.

This role is not focused on hands-on training delivery, but rather on leadership, team management, and driving performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the educators activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and elevating the overall education function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of hair educators
• Plan and monitor training schedules and field activities
• Ensure high standards of performance and consistency across the team
• Collaborate with commercial and brand teams to support business goals

• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within the beauty industry
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Experience working with educators/trainers is a strong advantage
• Highly organized with a strategic mindset
• Based in the UAE
