Currently, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Operation Coordinator to be based in the Operation Team

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards and Behaviour-Based Safety practices.
• Coordinate daily operational activities (inbound, picking, outbound) to meet SLAs.
• Allocate tasks based on resource planning and escalate constraints or deviations.
• Track team performance against KPIs (productivity, quality, attendance, overtime).
• Support shift handovers and participate in Tier 1 / Tier 2 performance discussions.
• Ensure compliance with Work Instructions, standards, and process confirmations.
• Support training, onboarding, and Excellence School initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement, performance reviews, and recognition activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and company policies.
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers as required.
  
  
  

• Experience in operations, warehouse, or logistics environment
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of KPI tracking, safety, and process compliance
• Ability to work across shifts and manage operational priorities
• Intermediate education level
• Various MHE licenses, is an advantage
• At least four years experience in warehousing
