Operation And Admin Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operation & Admin Manager to join our growing team in the jewellery manufacturing tools industry. The candidate should have strong operational and administrative management skills and be capable of handling day-to-day business operations efficiently.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in manufacturing or trading industries and should be confident in managing a team of 6–7 staff members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and administrative activities of the company.
• Supervise and coordinate a sales team, engineering team or whichever team assigned.
• Ensure smooth workflow between departments
• Handle office administration, documentation, and reporting
• Maintain inventory records and operational data
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal staff
• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and performance
• Support management in process improvement and operational planning
• Ensure timely completion of operational tasks and company requirements
• Maintain proper filing systems and office procedures
