Our 10 week summer internship programme allows interns to explore different areas within Systems and Cybersecurity in Dubai.

As part of our commitment to fostering new talent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in support of Vision 2030 we have developed a Saudi national development programme. This internship will take place in Dubai but will act as a pipeline for our Saudi national development programme.

Whether its enabling seamless banking experiences or defending against digital threats, these departments play a mission-critical role in shaping the future of finance.

Our Systems team provides technical services and support across the Middle East and North Africa, We ensure that MUFG’s infrastructure is reliable, responsive, and ready to meet the demands of a dynamic banking environment. Working in Systems will allow you to get exposure to broad range of system technologies, from hardware to cloud platforms.

Cybersecurity at MUFG is about proactive protection and empowering our people. Our team leads local awareness campaigns to help colleagues understand cyber risks and how to prevent them—because sometimes, the biggest threats come from everyday actions. Working in Cybersecurity you will experience in designing and delivering awareness campaigns that make cybersecurity accessible and engaging. Joining Systems or Cybersecurity at MUFG means stepping into a role where technology meets purpose. You’ll be part of a team that’s constantly adapting, learning, and innovating—whether youre restoring critical services, building client trust, or defending against cyber threats.

As part of a select intake, you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best professionals in the industry and will be allocated a buddy to make sure you have all the support to get the most out of the summer internship. The interactive ten-week summer internship programme, will allow you to

• Gain in-depth understanding of different financial products and markets by attending a bespoke technical training. Supplemental training will be provided throughout the 10 weeks
• Experience what it’s really like to work in global investment banking by gaining hands-on work experience
• Build your networks both internally and externally by gaining exposure to employees from all levels of the organisation
  
  

Our Summer Internship Programme acts as a pipeline for our full time Analyst programme and a successful summer intern may receive an offer to join our full time Analyst Programme the following year.
