To ensure that our new staff are competent / confident to perform their role as mandated by regulatory/mandatory bodies and successfully integrate into Kabi.

Strategic

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enable new drivers to create safe and memorable customer experiences while meeting revenue targets.

Operational

  • To deliver in-house induction training for new drivers as per training plan while confirming to all regulatory bodies training requirement.
  • To validate learning using various assessment models.
  • To effect change in behaviour through remedial training courses for existing drivers.
  • To maintain all the training records for reporting and audit purposes.
  • To ensure that the training materials reflect the current data from QHSE.

People Management

  • Partner with location trainers and ensure their batch is confident to drive to various locations and use in-built navigation tools if unsure.
  • Collaborate with training coordinators to ensure compliance to all requirement.

Product/Process Improvement

  • Champion new learning interventions based on current KPI trends to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct post-training observation / assessment of new and existing staff to ensure transfer of learning.
  • Volunteer for new projects/ organisation wide initiatives to develop/hone new skills.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelors Degree Train the Trainer Certification preferred.

Knowledge & Skill

  • Knowledge: Adult learning principles and its application, Taxi Industry & location awareness.
  • Skills: Training material design & development, Training delivery, communication, organization and problem solving skills.

Technical skills: Good computer literacy.

  • Intermediate excel, MS Forms & one-drive, advanced PPT, word & outlook, LMS (added advantage) Languages : English (Proficient) Urdu, Hindi, Arabic (desirable).
  • Attitude / Disposition: Positive, Professional, Agile & Innovative.

Experience

  • 5 to 8 Years of taxi industry / training experience in a similar role (Driver Training or Driving Instructor).
