Job Description

Task Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer sales inquiries, quotations, bookings, and follow‑ups in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, apply pricing guidelines, and update offers when shipment conditions change.
  • Coordinate with operations and internal teams to verify loading feasibility and handle special cargo requirements.
  • Manage booking updates, check customer documentation, and ensure all compliance steps are completed before departure.
  • Promote and sell value‑added services while supporting revenue optimization.
  • Support customers in using digital sales and booking tools.
  • Arrange export trucking with customers and service providers to ensure on‑time delivery.
  • Ensure proper management of shipment documentation and airwaybill stock.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, resolve issues proactively, and share market insights with the Sales team.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or logistics/airfreight operations.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage quotations, bookings, and freight documentation with precision.
  • Good coordination skills and ability to work effectively with internal departments.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and commercial/operational systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are an asset.

Working Conditions:

  • Flexibility with working hours is expected.
  • The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
  • A certificate of good conduct will be required.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
