Job Description

Inventory Control & Coordination

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through routine stock checks and system validations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely movement and storage of goods based on demand and dispatch schedules.
• Ensure accurate scanning, labeling, and shelving of products according to defined storage protocols.
  
  

• Oversee the loading/unloading, sorting, packing, and dispatch of goods in alignment with brand and logistics requirements.
• Ensure correct binning of products based on barcodes and warehouse mapping systems.
• Report inventory discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors and assist in resolving variances.
  
  

• Maintain accurate records of material transactions in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry for stock movement, receipts, and dispatch.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety procedures in all warehouse operations.
  
  

• Assist the supervisor in daily task planning and workflow management.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, stacking, and organizing stock.
