Job Description

As an Officer in Customer Service, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships and satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally. You will act as the frontline representative of the company, ensuring that each customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality service. Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer accounts by updating records and notes on interactions.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Stay updated on new product and service developments to provide informed service.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree is an advantage.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and analytical approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment under minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
