Job Purpose

Coordinate department activities. Support to maintain & implement the company policies and procedures. Provide measurements to help gauge the customers’ overall level of satisfaction. Support the manager in re-engineering the business processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain & Implement the company procedures conforming to ISO 9001:2008
  • Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis
  • Control and maintain records of documents required by the QMS
  • Plan and conduct internal audits to sustain effectiveness of the processes and procedures
  • Consolidate the internal audit findings and prepare and execute corrective action plans
  • Assist the manager in preparing for management review meetings with all audit findings and analysis reports
  • Assist the manager in preparing the customer satisfaction surveys and other related performance improvements
  • Act as management representative for quality
  • Conduct Quality Management training
  • Plan & Conduct Employee Satisfaction surveys
  • Coordinate CSR activities as per plan

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in any related field

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in the same field
  • Should have implemented QMS in previous organization

Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to focus towards solving & identifying customer needs and performance goals
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to self-manage workload and work independently
