About the Job

As an Associate – Cash Control, you will support daily cash control operations by ensuring accurate reconciliation, validation, and reporting of revenue collections while maintaining strong financial controls.

• Validate daily cashier submissions and supporting documents
• Reconcile cash, card, vouchers, and other payment methods against system reports
• Prepare daily reconciliation summaries and reports
• Ensure timely and accurate bank deposits with proper documentation
• Identify and escalate discrepancies such as shortages or overages
• Maintain accurate financial records for audits and reporting
• Follow cash handling procedures and compliance standards
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and banking stakeholders
• Maintain organized documentation for audit and control purposes
• Use finance and POS systems for reconciliation and reporting

About You

Essential

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in cash handling, reconciliation, or finance operations
• Strong understanding of cash reconciliation and financial controls
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Desired

• Experience with POS systems and payment reconciliation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial tools
• Familiarity with audit processes and variance analysis
• Experience in high-volume or multi-site environments
• Ability to adapt to automation and process improvements
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
