General Summary

CCL Middle East seeks a motivated UAE National candidate to lead its Dubai office operations. The Office Manager serves as the organization’s local representative with government authorities, vendors, and partners, ensuring smooth business operations and regulatory compliance. This role offers broad exposure to global business practices, project coordination, and leadership development under the Nafis program.

Key Responsibilities

Operational and Facilities Leadership

  • Manage daily office operations, vendor contracts and service SLAs for the Dubai office.
  • Oversee inbound logistics, courier performance and asset register control.
  • Lead health, safety and compliance initiatives; ensure regulatory readiness and facility upgrades as required.

Regulatory and Authority Liaison

  • Act as the primary contact for government and regulatory agencies (trade license, inspection, immigration).
  • Monitor and implement changes in UAE laws impacting CCL operations and report to Global Operations Manager.

Administration and Corporate Services

  • Oversee PRO and immigration processes for residency and work permits.
  • Manage travel and accommodation logistics for leaders and guests within approved budgets.
  • Plan and execute corporate events, team offsites and training sessions.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and equipment under cost-control guidelines.
  • Manage vendor invoice tracking and payment coordination with Finance.

Project and Operational Support

  • Provide supervisory support to the Client Operations Assistant team; ensure data quality and timely project deliverables.
  • Coordinate assigned projects with PMO staff and third-party vendors, ensuring deadlines and budget adherence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Preferred Diploma OR bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in office management, operations or compliance within a multinational or professional services environment.
  • Good communication skills in English & ability to liaise confidently with authorities.
  • Knowledge of UAE corporate regulations and administrative procedures.
  • Strong organizational, leadership and vendor management skills.
