  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure availability.

  • Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities.

  • Manage office budget effectively to control costs and optimize financial resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in office management or HR support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is highly desirable.
