The Office Manager is a crucial role within any organization, tasked with ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. Responsibilities

  • Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to administrative staff and monitor their performance.
  • Coordinate with IT and finance departments for budget preparation and expense reports.
  • Oversee office budget management, purchasing, and inventory control of office supplies.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment compliant with health and safety protocols.
  • Implement and maintain effective filing systems for organization and accessibility.
  • Address employee concerns and inquiries related to office policies and procedures.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new administrative staff within the office.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or within a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively.
  • Proficiency in office software including MS Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and basic accounting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
