Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office at all times.
  • Assist in greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Provide clerical support to office staff, including photocopying and filing.
  • Monitor and restock office supplies regularly to ensure availability.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars as required.

  • Ensure break rooms and common areas are kept neat and stocked with supplies.
  • Assist in coordinating and setting up meetings, including arranging refreshments.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for consideration.
  • Previous experience in an office setting is an added advantage.
