Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office operations to maintain productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for senior management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for phone queries and office visitors.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system for office documents.
  • Order and manage office supplies and ensure availability at all times.
  • Assist in preparing and editing reports and presentations for management.
  • Facilitate communication and logistics for internal and external events.
  • Support human resource activities such as onboarding and records maintenance.
  • Implement and oversee processes to improve office efficiency and organization.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, ensuring data security.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and process related documentation.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or office role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated capability to handle confidential information with discretion.
