Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Associate to join our dynamic team, operating in code 07A26. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence, such as emails, letters, and packages.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures as needed by the management.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for staff members.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports as directed by the management team.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary with administrative tasks and projects.
  • Maintain office equipment and arrange for repairs when required.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, safeguarding privacy.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate colleagues or departments.
  • Conduct research and compile data to aid in management decision making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office associate or in a relevant role is required.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software such as ERP.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities needed for success.
  • High school diploma is necessary; a degree in business administration is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude is essential.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
