Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organize the pantry, including washing and storing dishes, cups, and other pantry items.
  • Ensure all office areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests and visitors.
  • Monitor pantry and stationery supplies, maintain inventory levels, and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, including birthday celebrations and company events.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of office equipment, furniture, and facilities.
  • Replace printer cartridges and ensure printers are stocked with A4 paper and functioning properly.
  • Collect, receive, and distribute courier deliveries, parcels, and other office correspondence.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers during office maintenance, repairs, and facility inspections.
  • Respond to requests and inquiries from employees and visitors in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Key Competencies

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and presentable appearance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels, including senior management.
  • Reliable, proactive, and committed to maintaining a high standard of workplace cleanliness and service.
