We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our administrative team. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records both physical and digital.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, inquiring and referring as necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mails, emails, and packages proficiently.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and handling petty cash.
  • Support the administrative staff with various projects and daily office tasks as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of spreadsheets, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Provide customer service support by answering phone calls and addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate and support the organization of company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Ensure office areas are tidy, presentable, and equipped with appropriate supplies and forms.
  • Help maintain an efficient information tracking system within the office environment.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of office documents and client information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
  • Minimum of one year experience in an office assistant or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively.
