Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support within the office environment, ensuring smooth daily operations. The role involves handling various clerical tasks, such as filing, document management, and data entry, as well as assisting different departments with logistical tasks. The incumbent will also be tasked with handling office supplies, managing deliveries, and supporting employees with their daily administrative needs.

Core Responsibilities:

The incumbent will perform general office duties such as maintaining files, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and preparing documents for distribution. The incumbent will be responsible for managing office supplies and ensuring that all areas of the office are well-stocked and organized. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with external vendors, organizing meetings, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. The incumbent will also assist with basic office maintenance tasks to ensure a productive work environment.

Functional/Technical Competencies:

The incumbent must demonstrate a strong ability to manage administrative duties, including document management, data entry, and basic office equipment usage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, and knowledge of basic office software and communication tools is also required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are key to ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks.

Experience:

1+ year in office administration. Experience with document handling. Experience in basic office management. Experience with data entry tasks. Experience supporting multiple departments.
