  • Prepare meeting rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is functional.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Ensure all office areas are clean and professional at all times.
  • Support HR with organizing and maintaining employee records discreetly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Previous experience in an office assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
