We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms as needed.
  • Organize and maintain office common areas, ensuring cleanliness and order.
  • Assist with the organization of office events and other activities.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other staff members.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy of company records.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment issues.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Reliable with a professional presentation and demeanor at all times.
