Your Role at VT Markets

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Office Administrator/Receptionist to oversee the smooth daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also handling administrative tasks, light bookkeeping, petty cash management, travel coordination, supplier management, and other ad hoc requirements.


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in an office administrator, receptionist, or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and cash handling.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.


Your Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Manage petty cash and perform light bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel bookings, visas, and accommodations for staff as required.
  • Maintain and oversee office supplies, assets, and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper functioning.
  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and contractors to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Support HR and management with general administrative tasks, filing, and document management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and running efficiently.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by management.
