As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of everyday office activities in a bustling work environment.   • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate office events and meetings, including organizing catering and logistics.
  • Support bookkeeping procedures, including processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify and fulfill administrative needs.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain office procedures effectively.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support senior management decisions.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Proven experience as an office administrative assistant or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is preferred.
