Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specialising in residential and commercial property across Dubais off-plan and secondary markets. Combining 7+ years of Dubai market experience with RERA-certified expertise, strong developer relationships and market intelligence, we provide agents with practical sales and marketing support.
We are looking for an ambitious Off Plan Sales Consultant with UAE real estate experience, knowledge of Dubais new developments and the ability to convert fresh leads into property transactions.
- UAE real estate sales experience, preferably within the off-plan market.
- Good understanding of Dubai developers, launches, payment plans and new projects.
- Knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing and investment opportunities.
- Ability to manage buyer enquiries, conduct presentations and close transactions.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Commercially focused and self-motivated.
- 50%–70% commission.
- Fresh leads and marketing support.
- Dedicated telesales and content support.
