Job Description

As an Off-Plan Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the dynamic real estate market, focusing on properties that are in the development phase. You will leverage your expertise to help clients make informed decisions regarding investment opportunities in off-plan properties, ensuring that all transactions are seamless from the initial inquiry through to completion. This position requires an in-depth understanding of market trends, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with both developers and prospective buyers. Your contribution will be crucial to the success of real estate developers and your clients as you guide them in the acquisition of prime properties poised for future growth and development.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and promote off-plan real estate developments to potential clients.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with property developers and industry partners.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand trends and opportunities in off-plan real estate.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding off-plan property investments.
  • Assist clients in understanding the financial aspects and benefits of purchasing off-plan properties.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Organize and participate in property shows, exhibitions, and site visits to promote off-plan properties.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with sellers and buyers to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business.
  • Stay informed about new off-plan property launches and market dynamics.
  • Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan properties.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of current market trends and real estate laws.
  • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate beneficial agreements for clients.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and assess potential property values.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and real estate databases.
