Job Description

Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage covering residential and commercial properties across secondary and off-plan markets. Built on 7+ years of Dubai market experience, Enclave combines RERA-certified expertise, market intelligence, strong developer relationships, and a client-first approach.

We are looking for motivated Off-Plan Property Advisors with Dubai real estate experience to support clients in identifying investment opportunities and purchasing off-plan properties.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales
Strong understanding of Dubais off-plan property market
Experience selling off-plan projects and working with developers
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals
Arabic language proficiency
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Valid UAE driving license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

50%–70% commission structure
Fresh leads and marketing support
Telesales and content support
