Job Description

Enclave Real Estate is growing its Dubai team and looking for experienced Off-Plan Property Advisors with a strong sales mindset and proven ability to close deals.

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
UAE/Dubai off-plan experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and developers
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
Valid UAE driving license
European language skills are an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

50%–70% commission structure
Fresh daily leads and full marketing support
Telesales and content support

Visa & health insurance
Ongoing training and industry-leading tools

Dubai-based candidates with proven UAE sales experience are strongly preferred.
