Off Plan Consultant

Working with some of the UAEs leading developers, youll advise investors and buyers on the latest off-plan launches and high-potential projects across the city. With strong internal support, high-quality leads, and a collaborative culture, we give our consultants the tools they need to succeed.

What Youll Do

• Build relationships with investors and buyers interested in off-plan property.
• Advise clients on the latest developer launches and investment opportunities.
• Manage the full sales journey from enquiry to reservation.
• Stay ahead of market trends, new projects, and developer offerings.
• Attend launches, exhibitions, and networking events to generate new business.
• Deliver exceptional client service and long-term relationship management.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive lead generation.

What Youll Need

• Proven sales experience in a client-facing role.
• Real estate experience (Dubai market or off-plan preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
• A genuine interest in property investment and the Dubai market.
