NVIDIA is seeking an expert OEM Enterprise Manager to foster development within the OEM ecosystem in the United Arab Emirates, based in Dubai. This role requires close collaboration with NVIDIA executive leadership, Alliances & OEM teams, channel organizations, marketing, solution architects, and regional sales teams to accelerate enterprise revenue growth across the UAE market.

The ideal candidate combines strong business leadership, enterprise channel expertise, and the credibility to engage effectively with senior executives and C-level collaborators across the region.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive enterprise business growth across the UAE, including enablement, training, pipeline development, and channel execution.
• Work closely with OEMs to manage funnel development, pipeline progression, and revenue performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Engage and lead enterprise and channel teams within partner organizations, implementing strategic programs in collaboration with OEM collaborators and NVIDIA channel teams.
• Partner with NVIDIA global OEM and channel teams to align and complete worldwide initiatives within the region.
• Enable OEM enterprise teams to optimally position and sell NVIDIA platforms, solutions, and technologies.
• Develop and complete go-to-market strategies aligned with NVIDIA’s key initiatives and OEM priorities across the enterprise portfolio, including both hardware and software solutions.
• Collaborate across the broader ecosystem by connecting original equipment manufacturers, distribution partners, and NVIDIA internal collaborators to strengthen execution and business outcomes.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, business reporting, and pipeline transparency across the region.
  
  

What We Need To See

• 8+ years of enterprise OEM sales and channel experience within the AI industry, ideally within the UAE or broader Middle East market.
• Bachelors Degree within a relevant area or equivalent experience in practice.
• Shown success driving business management, partner engagement, enablement programs, and sales execution within OEM environments.
• Strong understanding of the UAE enterprise and channel ecosystem, including experience working with leading OEMs, channel partners, and enterprise customers.
• Ability to lead a sophisticated partner ecosystem, build positive relationships, and position NVIDIA enterprise solutions optimally throughout the region ion.
• Ability to balance operational execution with long-term strategic priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate, influence, and transfer knowledge effectively across technical and business audiences.
• Self-motivated, execution-focused, and highly collaborative, with strong energy and passion for the business.
