The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying and cultivating new leads to closing deals and fostering long-term client relationships. You will leverage your substantial SaaS sales experience and deep understanding of the Odoo platform to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in using modern sales tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and various CRMs to build a robust sales pipeline. With a minimum of three years of experience in the GCC market, you will understand regional business nuances and effectively communicate our value proposition. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will be critical in conducting product demonstrations and securing new business. This is a key role in our expansion, and your success will directly impact our market presence and revenue.

โธ Minimum of 3 years of business development or sales experience within the GCC countries (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.).
โธ Verifiable track record of successfully selling Odoo ERP solutions.
โธ Substantial experience and a strong understanding of the SaaS business model.
โธ Demonstrated proficiency in lead generation and development using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar sales intelligence platforms.
โธ Hands-on experience with CRM software such as Hubspot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce for pipeline management.
โธ Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
โธ Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
โธ Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g., accounting, inventory, manufacturing) to effectively sell ERP solutions.

โธ An existing network of business contacts and potential clients within the GCC region.

โธ Formal certification in Odoo or a recognized sales methodology.
