The NXTGen Traineeships provides you with dynamic training in both soft and hard skills, along with mentoring and coaching to support your development. You’ll gain practical, hands-on experience working directly with clients and experienced consultants, helping you to kick-start your career in the exciting world of financial services as a consultant.

What will you do?

• Support the delivery of change and transformation projects within the Data domain, working alongside more experienced consultants.
• Learn to work with clients to understand their business needs and help translate these into clear project tasks and deliverables.
• Assist in building and updating project plans, timelines and documentation.
• Help ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are considered as part of project work.
• Develop and deliver data training materials and workshops, supporting business teams in building data literacy and using data tools correctly and effectively.
• Support the evaluation of technology tools for effective data management within organizations.
• Help track project progress, timelines and budgets, and contribute to clear status updates.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients while learning, developing your skills and enjoying the journey along the way.
• Apply AI across various tasks to improve efficiency and effectiveness in your daily work.

Your skills & qualifications:

• A higher education degree in a relevant field such as business, economic, data science, statistics, computer science, ...
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French
• A genuine interest in the financial services industry and the Data domain (trends, initiatives, innovations), with a desire to learn and grow in this field
• 6-18 months experience in the financial services industry, possibly on Data-related initiatives
• Ability to analyse complex situations and reports and derive potential solutions
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to the success of the team
