Nursery Teacher 10N25

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher (10N25) to join our dynamic educational team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the academic, social, and emotional development of young children. As a Nursery Teacher, you will have the opportunity to engage with children during a critical period of their early learning journey, ensuring they receive the individualized attention and support necessary to thrive. You will work closely with parents, guardians, and other educators to develop and implement an age-appropriate curriculum that caters to each child's unique needs and learning style. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities for young children.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
• Observe and assess each child's progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's development and progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational approach.
• Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment that supports children's health and safety needs.
• Encourage social interaction and play to enhance children's communication skills.
• Manage classroom behavior by establishing and enforcing rules and routines.
• Attend professional development workshops and training to stay current with educational practices.
• Create and maintain educational resources and materials that aid learning and creativity.
• Plan and organize field trips or special activities to enhance learning experiences outside the classroom.
• Ensure all activities comply with state and local educational standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with children in a preschool setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and adults.
• Ability to design and implement creative and engaging lesson plans.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred for child safety assurance.
• Demonstrated patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
