Nurse Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Assistant Nurse to join our home healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires a proactive and caring individual who can work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all patients and their families feel cared for and cared about.
• Organize own workload to ensure that the interests of the patients are met.
• Maintain patient records in line with hospital guidelines for records and record keeping
• Work within the Health & Safety Guidelines and Procedures.
• Act as a role model for less experienced members of staff by representing the values and beliefs of the nursing profession as well as that of the organization.
• Provide encouragement and motivation to members of the nursing team.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / Graduate from an accredited Nursing program of a minimum duration of three (3) years or Bachelor degree in Nursing.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hospital / clinic set - up .
