About The Programme

Nujoom Al Ghad Academy is Lilly's 12-month graduate rotational programme for UAE nationals, designed to build the next generation of Emirati talent within our Gulf Affiliate. This is not a placement into a single role — it's a structured journey across multiple functions, giving graduates broad exposure to how a global pharmaceutical company operates, while building the skills to grow into a permanent career at Lilly.

Over the course of the programme, graduates will rotate through multiple functions, including Sales, Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Corporate Affairs supported throughout by a dedicated mentor and peer coach, structured onboarding at each rotation, and a clear path toward placement into a permanent role.

Who We're Looking For

UAE national graduates from 2025 or 2026 with a degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field

Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a genuine interest in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector

Comfortable working across diverse, cross-functional teams and keen to build your career within a global pharmaceutical company

Programme Details

Duration: 12 months with full-time opportunities following the graduate programme

Location: UAE (Gulf Affiliate)

Start Date: 1st December 2026
