JOB DESCRIPTION -NOC ENGINEER

#HIRING: URGENT NOC Engineer Requirements

#Position Overview An experienced NOC Engineer is required to handle applications, submissions, follow-ups, and approvals for No Objection Certificates through relevant authority and government portals in Dubai and the UAE.

##Key Requirement The candidate must have strong knowledge and practical experience in applying for NOCs from authorities and government entities, including:

• DEWA
• RTA
• DDA
• Dubai Municipality
• DCM
• ETISALAT & DU
• Other relevant government portals and authorities

#Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit NOC applications through official authority portals.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and government authorities.
• Follow up on submitted applications until approval is obtained.
• Review authority comments and coordinate required revisions or clarifications.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, correspondence, and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with authority requirements, regulations, and submission procedures.
• Support project teams by providing timely updates on NOC status and approval requirements.

#Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as an NOC Engineer or in a similar authority approval role.
• Strong knowledge of DEWA, RTA, DDA, Dubai Municipality, DCM, and other government portal procedures.
• Ability to prepare, review, and submit technical documents required for NOC applications.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with construction, infrastructure, and authority approval processes in Dubai.
• Ability to manage multiple submissions and follow up effectively with authorities.
• DEWA permits require a contractor who is registered and approved by DEWA.
• For Civil Défense permits, the applicant must be a GCC national or Indian National
• 5-8 years’ Experience.
