NLP Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement NLP algorithms and models to advance our product offerings.

• Continuously assess and improve machine learning models and NLP systems.
• Develop and maintain code libraries for natural language processing tasks and applications.
• Conduct research to stay abreast of the latest developments in NLP and machine learning.
• Optimize language processing algorithms for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Implement NLP solutions in scalable architectures for real-time processing requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers in NLP techniques and practices.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and platforms for NLP capabilities where applicable.
• Document processes, experiments, and results clearly for future reference and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field required.
• Proven experience developing NLP applications and systems using Python or Java.
• Familiarity with NLP frameworks and libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, and Transformers.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications in NLP.
• Ability to process and analyze text data using various preprocessing techniques effectively.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user-oriented solutions and innovations.
