The Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven, client-focused Business Consultant to accelerate growth by identifying, engaging and converting high-value prospects. You’ll act as a trusted advisor: building a deep understanding of each client’s business, recommending tailored solutions, and managing opportunities through to close.

If you’re passionate about consultative sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by delivering measurable impact for clients and the business, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career at the region’s leading property portal.

What You’ll Do

• Research, identify and qualify new business opportunities using market data, internal insights and industry knowledge
• Engage prospective clients through strategic outbound outreach, clearly articulating the commercial value of our solutions
• Understand each client’s business objectives and recommend the most suitable packages and solutions on propertyfinder.ae
• Build expert-level knowledge of our product portfolio, presenting and demonstrating offerings in a compelling, relevant way
• Apply a consultative sales methodology: thorough client research, tailored value propositions, confident objection handling and clear next steps
• Manage a pipeline of prospects with consistent, strategic follow-up, identifying key decision-makers and delivering a personalised experience at every touchpoint
• Lead contract negotiations to achieve outcomes that are commercially sound for the business and genuinely valuable for the client
• Use internal data, market intelligence and performance insights to continuously refine your approach
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client requirements are delivered accurately and efficiently
• Oversee onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and a strong foundation for long-term partnership
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date to support pipeline management, forecasting and reporting
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, contributing directly to company growth

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in consultative sales, business development or account management
• Experience in PropTech, digital media or SaaS is a strong advantage
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a competitive sales environment
• Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly and influence senior decision-makers
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, objection handling and competitive positioning
• Excellent communication skills: confident, articulate and persuasive across phone, video and in person
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Highly organised, with strong prioritisation and time-management skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
