Network Engineer Digital Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Setup
• Deploy and configure digital screens, video walls, Cisco phones, and other digital devices.
• Ensure proper integration with existing IT and network infrastructure.
• Maintenance & Support
• Perform routine maintenance and health checks on all digital assets.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements when necessary.
• Upgrades & Optimization
• Implement firmware and software updates for digital devices.
• Recommend improvements for system performance and reliability.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection standards.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with IT, operations, and external vendors for project execution.
• Provide technical support during events, campaigns, and store openings.

• Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital infrastructure management.
  • Hands-on experience with digital signage systems, Cisco telephony, and video wall technology.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols and AV integration.
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
