As a Network Engineer, your role will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining the robust network infrastructures for our organization. Responsibilities

• Design and deploy new network solutions to enhance business connectivity and performance.
• Monitor network performance, ensuring a high level of security and reliability.
• Conduct network troubleshooting and repairs to maintain optimal network health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex network issues.
• Implement and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policies.
• Maintain an inventory of hardware and software and ensure minimal compatibility issues.
• Provide support and consultancy to internal teams on network-related matters.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for network configurations and processes.
• Coordinate with service and hardware providers for installation and repair services.
• Train and mentor junior team members on network management and troubleshooting techniques.
• Work on capacity planning and network expansion to meet future growth demands.
• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry trends to drive modernization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role for at least three years.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching configurations.
• Hands-on experience with hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Proficiency in network security, including managing VPNs and firewalls.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
