As a Network Administrator, you will be an integral part of the organization's IT team, responsible for the daily operations and management of our network infrastructure. Your role will involve ensuring the optimal performance, security, and continuous availability of our networks, which includes local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and other networking systems. You will work closely with other IT professionals to troubleshoot technical challenges, upgrade network systems, and implement effective solutions to enhance network efficiency and reliability. Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance to identify issues and recommend improvements effectively.
• Install and configure network hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage and maintain network servers, including file and domain controllers.
• Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Plan and implement network upgrades and expansions as necessary for optimal operation.
• Collaborate with IT team members to develop and maintain network systems documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to users regarding network installation and use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network outages, performance issues, and technical malfunctions.
• Assess and implement network management tools and software for improved performance.
• Coordinate with vendors on network systems maintenance and software deployment.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies on network usage and data protection.
• Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in network administration or management roles.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware components essential.
• Experience with network management and monitoring tools is highly desirable.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and end-users.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification preferred for this role.
