Programme Start Date
The Emirates Group National Scholarship Programme will commence in September 2026.
Applicants must be currently studying at the American University of Sharjah (AUS), or hold a confirmed admission offer for one of the following degree programmes.
Procurement & Logistics
Our Procurement & Logistics team plays a vital role in supporting aircraft services and general services across the Emirates Group. From negotiating and managing supplier contracts to driving cost efficiencies and continuous improvement, the team helps keep our global business moving.
Eligible Degree Programmes:
- Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management & Logistics
- Bachelor of Arts in Economics
- Bachelor of Business Administration
- Bachelor of Science in Operations Management
- Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics
- Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
For all programmes listed above (except Supply Chain Management & Logistics), applicants must be completing a minor in Supply Chain Management.
Facilities
Our Facilities team supports the Emirates Group's extensive portfolio of commercial hotels and residential properties. Dedicated to delivering high-quality facilities and services, the team is committed to enhancing customer satisfaction while maintaining safe, efficient and welcoming environments.

Corporate And Customer Experience Planning (C&CX Planning)
Our C&CX Planning teams help shape the future of our business through strategic thinking, customer and market insights, and data-driven decision-making. From strategic planning and market research to enterprise data and analytics, these teams turn complex information into meaningful insights and recommendations that support our customers, operations and global business.
Eligible Degree Programmes:
- Bachelor of Science in Data Science
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
- Bachelor of Arts in Economics
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
Qualification
Eligibility Requirements
To apply, you must:
- Be a Emiratization.
- Be between 17 and 22 years of age.
- Be currently enrolled at the American University of Sharjah (AUS), or hold a confirmed admission offer for one of the approved degree programmes listed above.
- Have achieved a minimum Grade 12 average of 90%, or a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above, where applicable.
- Hold a minimum IELTS Academic score of 6.5 or a TOEFL iBT score of 80 or TOEFL ITP score of 550 or above.
- Have completed National Service or hold an official exemption, where applicable.
What is the Selection Process?
Step 1 – Submit Your Application
Complete the online application and upload all required supporting documents.
Step 2 – Application Review
Our Recruitment team will review your application against the programme eligibility requirements.
Step 3 – Digital Interview
If shortlisted, you'll be invited to complete an on-demand video interview through HireVue.
Step 4 – Psychometric Assessment
If shortlisted, you'll be invited to complete the digital interview will be invited to complete an psychometric assessment.
Step 5 – Final Interview
Candidates who successfully complete the above stages will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview with the selection panel.
Step 6 – Receive Your Scholarship & Career Offer
Successful applicants will receive a formal scholarship offer together with details of their future career pathway within the Emirates Group.
