Nails and Lash Extensions Technician - Russian Speaker

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality nail services, including manicures and pedicures, for clients.
• Apply professional lash extension services in accordance with client preferences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment at all times.
• Advise clients on proper nail and lash care to ensure longevity of services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client preferences and past services for personalized care.
• Upsell related beauty products and additional services to enhance client experience.
• Handle client inquiries and appointments efficiently via phone and in-person interactions.
• Maintain all equipment and tools in excellent working condition and hygiene standards.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as necessary.
• Prepare workstations and treatment areas for client appointments every day.
• Participate in continuous training and development sessions provided by the company.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Russian for client communication and service provision.
• Proven experience as a Nail and Lash Extensions Technician in a similar role.
• Valid certification in nail and lash extension techniques is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday schedules.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
