Job Purpose
The Sales Executive is accountable for receiving and reviewing customer applications and requirements, ensuring all necessary information and documentation are available, and processing applications promptly and efficiently.
The role is responsible for developing strong customer relationships to generate demand, enhance revenue, and achieve set KPIs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive proactively identifies up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, provides premium care to critical customers, and manages escalations
