Job Description

Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in residential and commercial property across off-plan and secondary markets. Founded in 2025 and built on over seven years of Dubai market experience, we work with leading developers and provide our agents with fresh leads, marketing resources and practical sales support.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Dubai real estate brokerage
Fluency in multiple languges
Experience communicating with clients from different cultural and language backgrounds
Proven sales performance and ability to convert qualified leads
Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills
Knowledge of Dubai property opportunities and the local market
Currently residing in Dubai
Valid UAE driving license preferred

Commission structure ranging from 50%–70%
Fresh daily leads and full marketing support
Telesales and content support
Company phone and SIM card
UAE visa and health insurance
Ongoing training and access to industry-leading tools
Career development opportunities and the Millionaire Club
